Choose your preferred delivery and pickup dates when submitting your request. Delivery and pickup may be available any day of the week, and we’ll confirm your dates based on current availability.
Yes. We can deliver to your current home, apartment, or office and pick up from your new address when the move is complete, as long as both locations are within the approved service area.
Each rental includes up to seven days. If you need more time, an additional rental period may be available for the same package price, depending on availability.
The 15-tote Starter package works well for dorm rooms, bedrooms, and smaller partial moves. The 25-tote Standard package is a strong fit for many student and apartment moves, while the 40-tote Large package offers more room for larger apartments and smaller homes. Text us if you are unsure which package fits your move.
The totes work well for clothing, linens, kitchen items, decorations, office supplies, and general household belongings. Do not pack liquids, hazardous materials, or extremely heavy items. Distribute heavier belongings between multiple totes instead of overloading one.
No deposit is required. Rental details and availability will be confirmed after you submit your request.
Normal wear from moving is expected. Customers are responsible for totes that are lost or severely damaged, with a replacement charge of $20 per tote.
Empty the totes, remove the lids, and stack the totes and lids separately in an accessible location at the confirmed pickup address. Let us know about gate codes, apartment access, stairs, or any other pickup instructions in advance.
